Can I add hours, upgrade, or get a custom package?

Yes — your package can grow with you. There are three easy ways to do that:

• Top up hours. If you're running low, you can buy more hours at any time. New credits combine with your existing balance, so everything sits together in one place on your Portal.
• Upgrade to a bigger package. Moving up to a larger package often means a better per-hour rate (pricing starts from £58/hour and falls as the package grows). If you find you need more support than you first thought, upgrading can be the better value option.
• Build a custom package. If none of the standard packages fits — for example you want a particular mix of subjects or hours — we can build a bespoke package around your goals through a free consultation.
