How to change or recover your password

If you want to change or recover your Portal password, use the instructions below:

Your Portal profile include important information we use to administer your employment, consider your student applications and more. You should ensure it's always up-to-date.

If you remember your current password, to change your password:

1. Log into the Portal
2. Navigate to the Dashboard from the left-hand menu
3. In the top-right of the Dashboard click on your email address
4. From the drop-down menu which appears select Profile
5. Navigate to the Password Update section
6. Enter a new password and select "Change Password"

To recover a forgotten password:

1. Ensure you're logged out of the Portal
2. Go to the Login page for your Portal
3. Under the login box, select "Forgotten your password?"
4. Enter your email address/username and select "Send Password Reset Link"
5. Follow the instructions in the email
