Change or recover your password

Your Portal profile holds the account details we use to look after your tuition, so it's worth keeping your password secure and up to date. Here's how to change or recover it.

If you remember your current password, to change your password:

1. Log in to the Portal
2. Go to the Dashboard from the left-hand menu
3. In the top-right of the Dashboard, click on your email address
4. From the drop-down menu that appears, select Profile
5. Go to the Password Update section
6. Enter a new password and select Change Password

To recover a forgotten password:

1. Make sure you're logged out of the Portal
2. Go to the login page
3. Under the login box, select Forgotten your password?
4. Enter your email address and select Send Password Reset Link
5. Follow the instructions in the email
