How you should communicate with your students

As part of our commitment to ensuring a transparent and effective learning environment for both our students and tutors, we would like to emphasise the importance of confirming lesson schedules and any changes through written communication.

In the interest of accountability and clarity, we kindly request that all your tutoring sessions and their respective details be agreed upon and confirmed via email or text message, if the student has provided you with their phone number. This practice ensures a documented record of agreed-upon schedules, topics to be covered, and any modifications made to the lesson plans. Having this written confirmation is vital to resolving any potential issues or discrepancies that may arise.

We understand the significance of maintaining a traceable trail of communication, and using written formats will serve as a reliable reference point in case of any unexpected circumstances or misunderstandings.
