How can I book a lesson that already took place?

I forgot to book a lesson into the Portal that has already been held.

It is extremely important to log all of your upcoming lessons into the Portal so that both you and the student can keep track of your lessons and that you as a tutor can receive renumeration for the lessons on time.

If however, you find that you have forgotten to log a lesson into the Portal then please do the following:

1) If the lesson was held in the same month, log the lesson as soon as you remember. It is not possible to backdate lessons on the Portal, however, you can log the lesson on the date that you remembered and in the 'Remarks' section please write the date and time of when the lesson took place along with any feedback you might have.

2) Remember to mark the lesson as 'Completed'.

If the lesson was held in a previous month/s, then please reach out to us at tutoring@lanterna.com for Lanterna students, and tutoring@eliteib.co.uk for Elite IB students. 

This way you we will still have a way of tracking all of the lessons that happened between you and the student, providing you with the appropriate renumeration.
