      How can I edit my Portal profile?

      How to change details on your Portal profile

      Your Portal profile includes important information we use to administer your support. You should ensure it's always up-to-date. You can make sure the information we store about you is up to date on the "My Profile" page.

      You can edit many aspects of your profile on this page, including your username and password.

      Tip! Ensure you press "Save Changes to Profile" before existing this page

      1. Log into the Portal
      2. Navigate to My Profile from the left-hand menu
      3. Edit any necessary sections of your profile and ensure you select "Save Changes to Profile" before leaving your profile page
