How do I edit my Portal profile?
Your Portal profile contains important information that we use to administer your work with us and to consider your student applications. It is mandatory that you keep it up to date. We ask all tutors to review and update their profile at least once a year, ideally before the start of the new academic year.
To edit your profile:
- Log in to the Portal
- Navigate to the Dashboard from the left-hand menu
- In the top right of the Dashboard, click on Profile & Finance
- From here you can click through the following sections and edit as needed:
- Contact information -- your personal contact details
- Education -- your academic background and qualifications, and CAT certificates (particularly relevant for qualified teachers)
- Your support -- a free-text section covering your tutoring style and experience
- Hardware setup -- details about your equipment and setup for online sessions
- Make sure to save your changes before leaving each section
Please note that some information cannot be edited directly, such as your address, payment information and the subjects you are approved to teach.
