What is a retention bonus and how can I get one?

As a Lanterna tutor you are eligible for a retention bonus if one of your students which you are actively tutoring purchases more hours with you.

The additional hours are required to also be in the same subject as you were previously providing support in for the student.

You can only claim the retention bonus once per student.
