How do I change my username?

Your username is the email address you use to log in to the Portal. We also use this email as your main point of contact for updates from the Portal — things like lesson bookings and feedback notices.

We create your Portal profile using the email you gave us when you bought your package. If that isn't the email you'd like updates sent to, you can change it easily in the Portal:

• Log in to the Portal at https://portal.lanterna.com
• Go to My Profile in the left-hand menu
• Update your email in the section titled Username
• Make sure you use an email you check regularly
• Press Save Changes to Profile before leaving the page
