How do I change my username?

Your username is the email address you were onboarded with. It is also the address we use to send you updates and notifications from the Portal, so it is important that it is an email address you check regularly.

Your username cannot be changed directly in the Portal. If you need to update it, please contact us at tutoring@lanterna.com and we will make the change for you.
