How does Lanterna keep my child safe?

Your child's safety is our absolute priority, and safeguarding is built into how we work.

• Our tutors are carefully vetted, including safeguarding checks and training as part of a thorough three-stage process. You can read how in How are your tutors vetted?
• Lessons are one-to-one and online, in a professional setting, at the time booked in the Portal.
• Contact stays on approved channels. Tutors communicate through Lanterna's approved channels, not personal social media or private messaging, so everything stays professional and appropriate.
• Concerns are taken seriously. If you ever have a safeguarding concern, contact us straight away at safe@lanterna.com and we will act on it.
