How is my child's data handled?

We only keep the information we need to provide tutoring, and we look after it carefully.

What we store typically includes account details (such as name and contact email), your child's subjects and goals, their lesson history and bookings, and feedback.

Who can see it: access is limited to the people who need it to support your child — their tutor(s), and the Lanterna team looking after your account. It isn't shared for unrelated purposes.

How it's protected: we handle personal data in line with GDPR and applicable data-protection law, with appropriate safeguards around how it's stored and used.
