How do you collect and verify reviews?

Our reviews come from real students and families who have actually had tutoring with us — not anonymous or bought-in feedback.

We gather feedback in two main ways:

• In the Portal: students and families give feedback on their tutor after lessons, so we hear directly from people currently being tutored.
• On Trustpilot: customers can leave an independent public review on our Trustpilot page, where we're rated Excellent (4.8). You can read them here: Lanterna on Trustpilot.

Because this feedback is tied to genuine tutoring accounts and independent platforms, you can trust that reviews reflect the experiences of real Lanterna customers.
