Who our tutors are and how they support you
We know the IB inside and out. Lanterna has 20+ years of IB expertise, a team built on former IB students, and 600+ tutors who are all deeply connected to the IB — with an average tutor IB score of 42.3.
Our main aim is to maximise your potential and help you get the best possible results. We match each student to a tutor on an individual basis, taking your subjects, goals, level and availability into account, so the experience is genuinely personalised. Every lesson is catered to you and shaped jointly by you and your tutor.
Our tutors are qualified to help with any support an IB student might need — from Internal Assessments and the Extended Essay to exam preparation, general study skills and university admissions. We also support other programmes, including Pre-IB, MYP, IGCSE and A-Levels.
