Missing students on the Portal

What to do if you are missing a student/s on your Portal account

The "My Students" page of the Portal lists all the students you've been linked with, currently and in the past. It's divided into "'Active" students and "Inactive" students (for more information about active/inactive students, see "Active/Inactive Students").

If the list of students on your "My Students" page is missing a student, you should:

Check that the student isn't in your "Inactive" students. Remember that a students are inactive on a per-subject basis, so you may have a student's History support set as active, but their English A support as inactive. To do so:

  1. Log into the Portal
  2. Navigate to "My Students" in the left-hand menu
  3. Expand the "Inactive Students" section

If your student is not in the "Inactive" section, email us at tuition@eliteib.co.uk for Elite tutors/students, or tutoring@lanterna.com for Lanterna tutors/students. Make sure you detail:

  • The name of the student
  • Any email you have for them or their parental contact
  • What subject you're supporting the student in and how many remaining credits the student has with you
