Can I move credits between subjects or to a sibling?

It depends on the type of credits you have.

Flex credits

If you have a Flex package, your credits aren't tied to any single subject — you can use them across any subject and with any tutor you're linked with. So there's nothing to "move": your Flex credits are already flexible.

Subject-specific credits

Credits bought for a specific subject normally stay with that subject. If you'd like to reallocate them — for example you've finished the work you needed in one subject and want to switch focus — we can often help, so just ask. It's not automatic, but we'll do our best to make it work.

Sharing with a sibling

Passing credits from one child's account to a sibling's isn't something that happens automatically either. If that's what you need, get in touch and we'll talk through the options with you.
