• 14-day withdrawal right. You can withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as you haven't used any tutoring hours (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
• 2-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy after your first two hours of tutoring, you can request a full refund. Terms apply.
• Credits expire by package. Your hours become credits (1 credit = 1 hour), and they last for a set period from purchase: Standard 3–6 months, Multi around 10 months, and Flex 18–24 months.
• Lessons happen online. Live lessons take place over a video call you arrange with your tutor at the time booked in your Portal.
