What happens if my tutor becomes unavailable?

Your support carries on. If your tutor is unwell, takes a break, or moves on for any reason, we will arrange cover or match you with a suitable replacement so there is no gap in your learning. Wherever possible we brief the new tutor on where you have got to, so you don't lose momentum.

Your remaining credits are completely unaffected — they stay in your account and move with you to your new tutor.
