What are Flex hours?

The Flex package is our largest, most flexible option: 90–180 hours of tutoring with unlimited subjects. Its defining feature is how the credits work.

Flex credits aren't tied to one subject. Unlike credits bought for a specific subject, your Flex credits can be used across any subject — and with any tutor you're linked with. For example, if you're linked with one tutor for Economics and another for Chemistry, either of them can draw on your Flex credits to book a lesson.

This makes Flex ideal for students who want full-curriculum support without worrying about which pot of hours belongs to which subject. Families often choose it to get the better per-hour rate that comes with a larger package, while keeping the freedom to spread hours wherever they're needed as the year unfolds.

You can see how many Flex credits you have remaining on the My Packages page in your Portal.

If you'd like to use your Flex credits for a subject where you don't yet have a tutor, just let us know the subject and we'll match you with someone suitable.
