If you and your student have agreed on a lesson time and you have scheduled it into the Portal, then you can mark the lesson as 'Completed' in the case of your student not showing up.

We have a 24 hour policy stating that students need to get in touch with their tutors well in advance if they wish to alter the time of the lesson or cancel it altogether.
