What is the Portal?

The Portal is your Lanterna account. It's where you can see and manage everything about your tuition:

• Your purchased packages
• Used and remaining credits
• Booked and completed lessons
• Feedback from your tutor
• Your profile and account details
• The Support Centre

The Portal is your account — not where lessons happen. Your live lessons take place separately, over a video call you arrange with your tutor at the time booked in the Portal. See Where will my lesson take place?

If you have any questions, you can also use our live chat in the bottom-right corner and a real person will get back to you, normally within 24 hours.

You can access the Portal at https://portal.lanterna.com.
