What is the Portal?

The Lanterna Portal is your home for everything to do with your tutoring work, from applying for your first student to getting paid. On the Portal you can:

• Find new students: see open jobs that match your approved subjects and apply for them.
• Manage your students: see your active and inactive students, their contact details and their remaining credits.
• Book and manage lessons: book lessons, amend or cancel them, mark them as completed and leave feedback notes.
• Communicate with students: use the Portal chat once you have made first contact by email.
• Check your finances: see your lesson history, claim bonuses and other earnings, and view your self-billing invoices.
• Keep your profile up to date: edit your contact details, education, experience and introduction video. Please make sure to always keep this information up-to-date and refresh it yearly.
