When will I be paid?

When you can expect to be paid

For private tuition with students, you'll be paid on a monthly basis. We'll pay you by the last day of each calendar month for the lessons you booked and completed the prior calendar month. For example, we will pay you by August 31st for all the lessons you booked and completed in July.

We'll use the lesson bookings you've made each month to create a "Self-Billing Invoice". This is a record of the lessons you've made in a calendar month that we prepare for you, and then use to calculate your pay as well as other things like holiday/leave pay. You can access your Self-Billing Invoice for months past on the Portal on your "Finances" page.

Your self-billing invoice will not include any deductions we make for tax or contributions on your behalf. To see these, you should refer to your payslip via MyePayWindow.
