How do I book a lesson with a tutor?
After purchasing a tutoring package, you will be linked to a tutor within 24-48 hours (depending on demand and timetable availability).
Afterwards, your tutor will reach out to you via email within 24 hours after being linked. Once you are in contact with your tutor you can request for them to book in for lesson times and schedule them into the Portal.
Once your tutor has booked a lesson on the Portal, you will be able to see the following details:
- Date
- Time
- Subject
- Tutor
- Remarks
- Status
Once the lesson is booked in the Portal, you and your tutor have a mutual responsibility to arrange a video platform that works for both of you (Bramble, Google Meets, Zoom etc).
Once you have completed the lesson, your tutor will change the status of the lesson to 'Complete' which you will also be able to view on the Portal by clicking on 'My Tuition' on the left hand sidebar and clicking on the subject for which you want to see the lessons for.
