Where will my lesson take place?

Your lessons take place online, over a live video call. You and your tutor simply agree which video app works best for you both — commonly Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

Here's how it works in practice:

• Your tutor books each lesson into your Portal at the time you've agreed.
• Before the lesson, your tutor shares the video-call link with you.
• At the booked time, you open the link, turn on your camera and microphone, and your lesson begins.

There's nothing complicated to arrange on your own — your tutor guides the setup, and all you need is a device with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection.
