Your Student Success Advisor (sometimes called a Student Success Expert) is your human point of contact at Lanterna — a real person, not a chatbot, whose job is to make sure your tuition works for you.

What they do

• Help you choose the right subjects and tutors for your goals.
• Plan the year ahead with you, so your credits are used where they matter most.
• Check in after your early lessons to make sure the tutor match feels right.
• Answer your questions and point you to the right person if you need something specific.
