Who will I be speaking to?

When you get in touch with Lanterna, you're always speaking to a real person. Depending on what you need, that might be one of a few friendly, IB-focused roles.

• Student Success Advisor / Senior Student Advisor — plans and guides your tutoring, helps choose subjects and tutors, and checks the match is working.
• Retakes Coordinator — supports students preparing for an IB retake or considering a remark.
• Tutor Community Manager — looks after tutor matching and quality, making sure you're paired with the right person.
• Your tutor (or tutors) — the IB specialist who teaches your lessons and supports you between sessions.

You don't need to know who to ask for — just reach out and we'll make sure the right person helps you.
