How do I cancel or change the time of my lesson?
If you want to cancel or change the time of your lesson please let your tutor know 24 hours before the lesson is scheduled to take place. If you do this within 24 hours of the lesson then your tutor has the right to mark the lesson as 'Complete' and remove a credit from your account.
