How do I change my username?

Your username is the email address you use to log into the Portal, and we also use this email address as the primary contact for sending you updates from the Portal (like lesson bookings, and feedback notices).We'll create your Portal profile using the email that was provided to us when you bought your package. This may mean that your username for the Portal isn't an email that you'd like to receive updates to. You can change your email easily via the Portal. 

To do so: Log into the Portal. 

• The Lanterna Portal is here, and the EIB Portal is here. 
• Navigate to "My Profile" in the left-hand menu. 
• Updated your username in the section titled "Username". 
• Make sure you use an email you check regularly. 

• Press "Save Changes to Profile" before exiting.
