How will my tutor contact me?

For Lanterna Students: Your tutor will reach out to you via email within 24-48 hours after you purchase a tutoring package. 

If you do not hear from anyone please let us know at tutoring@lanterna.com

For Elite IB Students: Once you have purchased a subscription and have selected a tutor from our list of proposed tutors, then shortly afterwards your tutor will reach out to you via email. 

If you do not hear from your tutor within 24 hours please let us know at tutoring@eliteib.co.uk
