My Packages/Subscription
EIB Students
Once you login to the EliteIB Portal, you will be able to see your purchased subscriptions after you click 'My Orders', this is where you will find your subscription order status. It will reflect any active, completed or cancelled orders. You will also have the option to pause your subscription in this section if you have a 12 or 18 months subscription. For a 12 month subscription you have the option to pause once and for an 18 month subscription you can pause twice. Please contact us if you would like to pause your subscription.
Lanterna Students
For Lanterna students, you will see your active packages allowance and how many credits your have remaining once you click on 'My Packages'. You will also find your completed packages information in this section.
