About your subscription
Once you are logged into the portal, the dashboard will reflect your current subscription, if you have already purchased one. Otherwise, click on the “add a new subscription/package” which brings you to the subscription/package page to purchase one that suits your needs. You must have an active subscription/package plan with us to receive lessons from our tutors. Alternatively, you have the option to “contact us”, Our customer success team will gladly assist you.

Your subscription plan/ lesson allowance package
This section reflects the type of subscription/package that you have purchased. It will indicate the number of credits that you have available in the current month and the next month, and the tutor tier that you have purchased. You will also see any lessons you have booked, completed or cancelled.

In the case of wrongfully scheduled lessons or if a student cannot attend a lesson, you have 24 hours before the lesson to either reschedule the time or cancel the lesson altogether.
If the Student does not attend a Tutor Session or the Tutor Session is not cancelled at least 24 hours before it is supposed to take place, it will be deemed as used and will be deducted from your remaining allowance.
