What should I do if my student doesn’t have any credits left?

If your student has run out of credits but wants to continue with lessons, then you can either:

1) Encourage the student to purchase additional hours by themselves if they are confident in how many more they want.

2) Redirect them to our Customer Success teams as follows:

Lanterna Educations students can email info@lanterna.com

Elite IB students can email info@eliteib.co.uk

If your student wishes to stay with you as a tutor, then please let them know to include this in their email to us. 

Please note that if you decide to privately continue tutoring a student which you were assigned through either Lanterna Education or Elite IB you will be breaching our Terms & Conditions and we will be obligated to terminate your contract with us, along with this the student may also face consequences.
