What to do if you can't book a lesson with your student

Once you are linked to the student, you should be able to see the students available credits on the Portal.

If you access the Portal to schedule a lesson with a student and notice that their credits are highlighted in red, this indicates that the student has used their credit balance. It is recommended that you refrain from booking any further lessons until the student purchases additional credits.
