What to do if your student is unresponsive

My student is unresponsive, what do I do?

If a student fails to respond to your emails within 24-48 hours after the initial introductory email or anytime throughout your tuition, we kindly request that you contact us via email, providing the following:

  • The student's name
  • Date and time of your email
  • Relevant supporting information that may be necessary
