Where can I see my orders?
Packages and Subscription Orders
For Lanterna Students: To view your packages, login to the Portal and click on 'My Packages' on the left hand sidebar.
Here you will be able to see your active packages allowance and how many credits you have remaining. You will also find your completed packages information in this section.

For Elite IB Students: To view your packages, login to the Portal and click on 'My Packages' on the left hand sidebar.
This is where you will find your subscription order status. It will reflect any active, completed or cancelled orders. You will also have the option to pause your subscription in this section if you have a 12 or 18 months subscription. For a 12 months subscription, you have the option to pause once and for 18 months subscription you can pause twice. Please contact us if you would like to pause your subscription.

If you find yourself in a situation where you might need more hours but already have a subscription, you can contact info@eliteib.co.uk and request Booster Hours, which are additional hours you can purchase on top of your subscription.
