Cancelling a Subscription or Tuition Package

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 you have the right to change your mind and withdraw within 14 days from the day on which you acquire the Services, if you have not used any tutoring hours.

If you are a consumer and you withdraw from a contract with us, we will reimburse all payments received from you. Refunds will be processed by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
