How will my tutor contact me?

Once you've bought a package, we match you to a suitable tutor within 24–48 hours. Your tutor will then email you to introduce themselves, usually within 24 hours of being matched.

From there, you'll agree your goals and when to have lessons. Your tutor books each lesson into the Portal, and the lessons themselves take place online over a video call you and your tutor agree on — there's no separate app you have to sort out alone.

If you haven't heard from your tutor within 48 hours, just let us know at tutoring@lanterna.com or use the live chat in the bottom-right of the site, and we'll chase it up straight away.
